Acceptance of Terms

By using the Corpad Cathodic Protection mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

User Conduct

1.     Lawful Use: You are solely responsible for your use of the App. Andrei Lomtev (the creator) is not responsible for any unlawful or unauthorized use of the App. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

2.     Ownership: All content and materials within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Andrei Lomtev. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

3.     User-Generated Data: Data created or uploaded by the user, such as images, GPS locations, geodata, and cathodic protection data, belongs to the user. Andrei Lomtev does not claim any ownership of this data.

Termination

Termination of Access: Andrei Lomtev reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if the App ceases to exist or if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Even after termination, you may continue to use the App on your device as long as you have it installed.

Liabilities and Disclaimers

Disclaimer of Liability: Andrei Lomtev disclaims any liability for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of using the App. The App is provided "as is," and Andrei Lomtev makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its functionality, accuracy, or reliability.

Subscription

Auto-Renewal: Corpad Cathodic Protection offers a subscription plan with automatic renewal every 30 days, following a 7-day trial period. To avoid auto-renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Subscription Features: Subscribers gain access to additional features within the App, which may include but are not limited to managing photos, adding geodata, and connecting a multimeter to the App.
